Central Oklahoma Community Action Agency’s Central Oklahoma Transit System (COTS) currently offers demand response services.
COTS provides transportation for work, medical and rural routes to residents of Oklahoma, Pottawatomie, and Cleveland counties.

Central Oklahoma Community Action Agency’s RX for Oklahoma is a prescription assistance program developed to assist individuals that are uninsured or under-insured. Our friendly staff assists with the application process to pharmaceutical manufacturers to obtain medication at no cost or a reduced cost.
Applications are available at the Norman Transitional Housing office, 2270 Industrial Boulevard, Norman Oklahoma. Once an application is completed they can be brought back to the office Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM. Please remember to bring a photo ID.
There is a two year limit for Norman Transitional Housing.
Residents are required to have income prior to entry and the monthly rental payment is based on the household's annual income. Residents are also required to pay $250 for deposit and their own utilities. NTH also requires residents to save money after being in the program for 90 days and the entire household to participate in the case management program.
COCAA services include, but are not limited to: weatherization of homes at no cost; assistance with the costs of prescription medications; family support services including assistance with payment of household utilities; programs for senior citizens; shelter for the homeless; and medical clinic services.
