Transitional Housing
Central Oklahoma Community Action Agency's Transitional Housing is an income based housing program located within the city of Norman. Transitional Housing assists low-income families and individuals in their pursuit of self-sufficiency. Each household participates in an intensive case management process with the ultimate goal of permanent housing, financial security, and holistic wellness for all family members. Each household receives personalized case management based on self-identified goals.
- Residents of Transitional Housing are required to have income prior to entry.
- Transitional Housing currently participates in the Project-Based housing program of the Norman Housing Authority.
- Transitional Housing residents pay 30% of their annual income for rent and all of their own utilities.
