Stillwater Community Health Center
Central Oklahoma Community Action Agency's Stillwater Community Health Center is an alternative health care operation that meets the needs of a growing number of medically under-served people in Payne County. SCHC provides medical and pharmacy services to clients who meet eligibility requirements.
Individuals who wish to receive service must provide proof of income for all persons living in the household.
Items accepted as proof of income include:
- Current pay stub, unemployment, or Social Security
- Current bank statement, if checks are deposited directly
- Letter from Social Security or DHS stating status
- Food Stamp card
- Copy of latest income tax forms
